COVID-19 Sentiment Survey: Auto sales are lagging, not lost


The COVID-19 pandemic has reshaped many parts of American life, including how people research and buy cars. For car dealers, there is reason to be optimistic despite the crisis. In April 2020, CarGurus surveyed 722 shoppers on their sentiments toward car shopping during the COVID-19 pandemic. 73% of respondents intend to purchase a vehicle in 2020.
