Contactless Services filters are also available for shoppers on the SRP page to refine their search. They appear at the top of the standard filter options.
Consumer marketing campaigns
Our Consumer Marketing team has created a new organic COVID-19 campaign for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube highlighting the new search filters and services dealers are offering for safer shopping. This campaign will continue throughout May. They also launched SEM to activate shoppers who are searching for a safer way to buy a car during the pandemic, driving shoppers to a landing page that gives them more context on Contactless Services you’re offering. The team has also launched a digital video targeting in-marketing shoppers on YouTube.
The CarGurus blog is regularly publishing educational content focused on what coronavirus means for car buyers and how they can use the Contactless Services. The team has also sent dedicated emails to shoppers highlighting the new search filters. These emails drive shoppers to a filtered landing page with listings in their area that they can purchase using Contactless Services.
Finally, the team has created a new television ad that introduces CarGurus’ Contactless Services. You will start seeing this ad on a TV near you later this month.
